The client's information comes in first. When you sit down to design, the wedding vision, colors, flower preferences, inspiration, and ceremony and reception details are already with that wedding. You are not opening a blank quote and reconstructing what they already said.
Arrangements, quantities, images, descriptions, and prices are what the client sees. Optional upgrades, such as bar flowers or an aisle meadow, stay on the same proposal, and the total updates when the client chooses.
