Wedding florist software
Stemly takes a wedding from inquiry and design through proposals, recipes, flower ordering, production, packing and event day—without rebuilding the same work in separate places.
Wedding florist software should understand more than contacts and tasks. A florist still has to design arrangements, price them, count stems, order flowers, receive them, produce them, pack them, and set them up.
1 — Inquiry
The client can share wedding details, style, colors, flower preferences, ceremony and reception needs, and how they found you. That becomes the wedding workspace you design from, not a form sitting in an inbox.

2 — Design
Build the flower palette and the ceremony and reception arrangements, with quantities, images, and descriptions on the wedding.

3 — Proposal
Arrangements, quantities, images, descriptions, and pricing become the client-facing proposal. Mark an upgrade optional, such as bar flowers or an aisle meadow. The client chooses, and the proposal total updates.

4 — Recipes
You build a recipe for each arrangement. Stemly totals those recipes across the wedding so you can see the flower quantities to order.

5 — Wholesalers
See what the wedding needs, compare the quotes your wholesalers send for this wedding, and choose who supplies each flower. These are your vendors and your quotes, not a shared price list.

6 — Receiving
If you ordered 100 roses and 90 arrived, you record 90. The shortage stays visible against what you ordered.

7 — Production
Your team works from arrangement quantities, recipes, stem and bunch quantities, mechanics, and florist notes. You can print that as a production worksheet.

8 — Event day
Pack and load from the wedding, with setup locations, vehicles, crew, and timing. You are not rebuilding the day from memory.

Your flower shop
The wedding workflow is already built in. As you add supplies, reusable inventory, vendors and their pricing, recipes and templates, pricing settings, and weddings, Stemly keeps that information for the next job. Your data is never shared with other florists.
As the studio grows, another person can open the wedding and work from the arrangements, recipes, order, and event-day plan. You do not have to reconstruct it out loud.
