HoneyBook AI
HoneyBook documents AI that drafts emails from your company, project, and communication context. It can build project recaps, help you prepare for meetings, take meeting notes, list priorities, and surface business trends. On a project it can summarize, suggest services or action items, look at sentiment, and raise project questions.
A HoneyBook connector can also let you ask Claude, or another compatible assistant, to retrieve HoneyBook information or take supported actions in your account. That is real business context. It is not a blank chatbot.
Stemly
You do not run the floral work by explaining the wedding to a general chat. The wedding already holds the selected flowers, arrangements, quantities, recipes, purchasing, receiving, production, and event day.
You can give an assistant enough context to talk about a project. Or the software can already have the wedding structured inside it.
An assistant can answer a question. Stemly carries the work forward. Design choices stay on the wedding when you build recipes. Recipes become the stem quantities. Those quantities are what you compare and buy. The order is what you receive against. The sold wedding is what you produce, pack, and set up.
Stemly does use a narrow check that can compare a saved receipt with that wedding's recipe. That check is not how you design, order, produce, or run event day.
